All the practices are taught in workshop format on the weekends. Yes, a weekend is all it takes to learn a powerful yoga practice!

The sessions use detailed videos and corrections that enable you to practice on your own after the workshop is complete – no matter where you might be. Regular practice correction sessions are also offered to refresh and refine your techniques in the presence of a trained teacher.

 

Upa Yoga

Upayoga is a set of 10 powerful practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system. It rejuvenates the entire system.

Angamardana

Angamardana is a series of 30 processes to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness and mental health.

Surya Kriya

Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances a person’s left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind.

Surya Shakti

Surya Shakti is an active form of sun salutation. Surya Shakti cultivates great physical fitness and strength.
